When standard flashings aren’t sufficient, our process includes these steps:
Assessment & Design:
We inspect the leak location—whether around a chimney, skylight, pipe penetration or roof–wall junction—and record the measurements needed to design a custom flashing.
Fabrication:
We coordinate with local metalworkers who can create a flashing from durable materials such as galvanised steel, aluminium or copper. Colour matching to existing roof sheeting or cladding is possible in many cases for a neater appearance.
Installation:
Once ready, our installers remove any existing, ineffective flashing, fit the new custom-made piece, and seal all seams with a high-quality sealant. This approach helps reduce the chance of future leaks.
