How we fix blocked drains

Electric Eel

The electric eel is a tried-and-tested tool, ideal for cutting through tree roots and other stubborn blockages. It uses thick rotating metal cables with interchangeable cutting heads to break up obstructions. It’s a cost-effective solution for recurring root intrusions and basic blockages.

Hydrojetter

For stubborn or complex blockages, we deploy our high-pressure hydrojetters, which blast water at up to 5,000 psi to cut through tree roots, silt, grease and other debris while scouring the pipe walls clean to help prevent future issues.

Because every drain is different, we keep multiple jetters on hand so we can match the machine to the job. Our trailer-mounted unit pumps up to 30 litres per minute – perfect for most residential and small commercial drains – while a compact, portable jetter lets us work in tight spaces or multi-storey buildings. We can even wheel it into a lift to reach rooftop drains or apartment plumbing, keeping your water flowing smoothly wherever the blockage hides.
