Canberra Water, Gas & Air have been trusted by this client for multiple projects, so they knew exactly who to call when they wanted to build a granny flat at the rear of their property.
We installed a new water supply line from the front of the property to the flat at the back, ensuring reliable service for kitchen and bathroom fixtures. We also laid all new sewer and stormwater drainage, connecting into the existing drainage network at the rear. To comply with current standards, we added an overflow relief gully and a garden tap at the front of the garage.
The client supplied all their PC items for the bathroom, and we returned to fit them along with a dedicated hot water system. The bathroom features plumbing and drainage for a washing machine next to the basin. To keep the flat comfortable year-round, we installed a split-system air conditioner.
