Coordinated mobile crane to hoist the new outdoor unit onto the plant deck.
Installed the replacement indoor unit, re-insulated ductwork, pressure-tested, commissioned, and patched the ceiling opening the same afternoon.
Verified system performance with the client before demobilising.
